My workouts are designed to multiple muscle groups in the shortest amount of time. Your not spending hours, or even an hour in the gym (unless your ready for an hour). If you sign up for a 30 minute session, trust me when I tell you, it will be a challenge, you WILL walk out of my studio feeling like you got your butt kicked, I guarantee it.
