If Strength, size and endurance is what you seek, this is the session type for you. If you are at the intermediate level this is for you. If you have never worked out before I suggest you start with a basic workout style first then progress to this. Suggested session quantity for this style workout is 3 times per week, the rate is higher if you only train 2 times or less.
